RTTS 2009 an outstanding success!
RTTS 2009 was a massive success with thousands of people making the annual pilgrimage to Trevelgue Holiday Park for a weekend of mayhem! The weather was hot; the people were cool and the atmosphere electric.
All 4 Arenas went off! The silent disco proved to be extremely popular as did the acoustic sessions in the Shakin Shack. As usual Scary Dave rocked Arena 2 with some amazing performances from the comedians and live bands such as the legendary Hobo Jones. The main arena was the star of the weekend with Pendulum storming the arena on Friday, Judge Jules & John 00 Flemming playing awesome sets on Saturday and Hed Kandi leaving the crowd stomping for more on Sunday. Highlights were the lovely Laura on sax, Tara singing and Peyton on drums. All in all a superb weekend!!!!
There was a great turn out at the show n shine and the sun shone like never before; it was glorious with 25,000 people turning up throughout the day. The standard of cars was amazing with around 300 actually entering the show n shine which was full by mid day. Volksworld Magazine and the NASC picked out 10 winners, who won a trophy and £50 cash each.
